After the recent weather has finally cleared, I hope to brighten things up with a Spring Sale! Fifteen paintings are on sale for three weeks (until 31 March) at 75% off via Artfinder

The studios will be open for Artwalk Wakefield, and I’ll be announcing details of the London exhibition I’m in very soon.

A bit more work on the painting this evening. I’ve decided to put more emphasis on the interference lines:

The Project Space is open by appointment this month:

Inclusion in London exhibition is confirmed, full details to be announced.

The half price offer continues on Artfinder

Big thank you to all the visitors who braved the cold for Artwalk Wakefield on Wednesday evening. Here’s a satisfied customer with his purchase of one of my drawings…

My paintings are still in the Project Space, you can view by appointment.

Started a new painting today. Completely different subject and palette than the recent series:

The hours

Started the latest of this series today. I think it will make a set of six: here are the five, and the first two stages of the final painting.

Artwalk Wakefield is on 31 January 5 – 9pm. More details soon. Hope to make a major exhibition announcement soon.

In the meantime, the Artfinder offer continues.

Working title

I’ve still not named my most recent painting. At least the latest is progressing…

Mist outside and inside the studio today. Exhibition updates soon.

New start

Time to get back to the easel. Working on a new type of Windsor and Newton canvas: cotton. Enjoying the quality. Quite a productive day. Three colours used so far: burnt umber, prussian blue and purple lake.
